I am truth seeking, adventuring, spiritually led and social justice minded. I have a burning desire to make a real impact on the world and so do the people I work with.

I have 8 years of psych-related experience, including my Masters from NYU. I also have 4 years of working for a Forbes rated global recruitment agency (i.e. sales experience) under my belt.

I often take issue with authority. I’m NYC bred. I travel the world. Burning Man is home. But Tulum, Mexico is currently my actual home.

I used to teach Zumba, I have my 200 hr yoga teacher training certificate, and I’m reiki I & II attuned, but also more interested in integrative energy healing (which I also trained in).

When I first
wanted to launch my coaching business, I had idea how to go

When I first wanted to launch my                business, I had no idea how to go about it

I knew that I had the skills to work with people, but tried all kinds of make-shift ways to find clients online, and you know how many clients I had? ZERO.

But after I got my Master’s in Applied Psychology, I decided I was done fumbling around the internet and I was going to learn from an expert.

I invested in a 6 month coaching program (not including books and the mastermind in Paris). And the best part of the story is that within one month of the program (I had barely scratched a surface) I enrolled my first two clients within a week of each other WITHOUT A WEBSITE, or Instagram, or anything.
